The Movie Home Review

Yesterday I found out a local movie theater had movies for $5.50 on Tuesday! (Going UP, On a Tuesday).  In total disbelief, I called the movie theater, sounding like a crazy idiot to confirm.

"Uh, yes, I wanted to call and confirm your movies are $5.50...All Movies...New movies too....EVERYBODY IS $5.50?"

It was confirmed and my girl and I made a last minute dash to see the movie Home.

I had no hopes for this movie going in. I casually heard J-Lo was in it...subtly saw natural hair mamas posting pics of her curly hair do, but that's all I knew about the move.

On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a.....WEAK 7.

Whoever did the voice for the main character, just wasn't convincing for me.  I really felt it could've been casted better.

There really wasn't a climax in the movie.  It kinda just kept the same pace.

I did keep my daughter's interest from beginning to end, so that's a plus.

I didn't fall asleep, so that's another plus.

I did like the concept of teaching how family is important.

Would I go see it again...NO...buy the DVD...Nope...Recommend to anyone to go see it...MAYBE, if it's as cheap as I saw it for, or need a kids movie.

All in all. I"m still stuck on Cinderella and this movie was just mediocre for my liking.
